Troubleshooting the USB cable
From time to time you may have an issue turning on the vest/jacket or getting it to stay on. The USB cable in the pocket of the vest has a round socket at the other end. Sometimes if the cable is not firmly clicked in the lights can flash and switch off. Check that the cable is plugged into the round socket. You should feel a ‘click’ and the vest or jacket should turn on as normal.
